Gartner says in the report that “Although cloud service brokerage is an existing market, the reality for an organization of operationalizing cloud brokerage either as a service provider, as an internal IT department or as a distributor remains challenging.”

Cloudmore addresses this challenge by connecting the emerging hybrid IT eco-system providing a consolidated experience, consisting of two main parts:
  • a cloud aggregation and brokerage platform, giving IT resellers and IT organizations of all sizes, complete overview and management over all their users and services;
  • a cloud marketplace for users to discover, buy and deploy new services, and cloud service providers to streamline sales workflows and cost-effectively reach new customers and resellers.

“It is a special honour to be named a Gartner ‘Cool Vendor,’” says Michael Wicander, founder, and CEO of Cloudmore. “When we created Cloudmore over ten years ago we believed the digitalization of the IT supply chain was imminent, however we had to hold back on our long-term vision until both vendors and users adopted a cloud-first strategy. Today, this is happening, and we experience a high demand for our solution addressing the challenges of cloud sprawl, shadow IT, and the digital transformation."
