What is Cloudmore 5.0?
Cloudmore 5.0 is the biggest release in our history. We replaced the technology the platform has run on for years, rebuilt sign-in from the ground up, and redesigned the interface around the tasks you do every day. Your customers, subscriptions, pricing data, branding, and integrations stay exactly where they are, and nobody needs a new account.

How much faster is Cloudmore 5.0?
We benchmarked the Organizations page, one of the pages used most, with Google Lighthouse on a partner account with 100 organizations:

What gets easier in daily work?
From spotting a billing gap to changing a subscription, Cloudmore 5.0 helps you get to the answer and take the next step with less effort.
- Spot billing gaps and protect your margins. The reworked Microsoft reconciliation report compares invoice costs with Cloudmore billing, breaks down the reasons for differences, and highlights subscriptions with negative margins—helping you see where to investigate and act.
- Find what you need with fewer clicks. Frequently used tasks sit at the top of the menu, related views are grouped into tabs, and clearer lists with search, filters and sorting help you focus on the right records. Click an entry in the first column to open its main action directly.
- Switch customer without losing your place. Move between organizations from the top bar and stay on the same page. Check another customer’s subscriptions or billing without retracing your steps through the menus.
- Make subscription decisions with the full picture. Compare available terms, payment options and prices together when creating a subscription. A focused quantity-change view shows existing renewal changes and warns if you are about to replace them. Quantity changes, product changes and cancellations bring immediate and renewal options together, where permitted by the product and subscription terms.
- Get to the bottom of a billing question. Drill down from a billing date through the customer, service and subscription to individual billing lines. Your customers get a cleaner, easier-to-navigate view of their own billing, including trend charts, while your costs and margins remain private.
- Get your reports without chasing them. Download generated reports directly from the platform, revisit export history and download previous exports again—without searching your inbox or repeating the export.

What stays the same?
A lot, on purpose. Cloudmore 5.0 is a new foundation and a new interface, not a new platform. Your data, features, API, and logins carry over, and so do your MFA and SSO setups and your branded address. While both interfaces are running, they share the same live data, so a change made in either one shows up in both straight away.
When does everyone move to Cloudmore 5.0?
Cloudmore 5.0 is in beta, and partners are invited to join in turn starting in November. Invited partners can use both interfaces side by side during the beta. The transition period runs through January and February 2027. Our target is for Cloudmore 5.0 to become the only interface for every partner and every customer on 1 March 2027. Partners can choose their own switch date before then, and we will send reminders in advance.
The beta runs on live data, so it is not a sandbox: what you do in 5.0 is real. This is the foundation, not the finish line. More for end customers, including API access, is planned for the first half of 2027. Timing is indicative.

When does everyone move to Cloudmore 5.0?
Our target is 1 March 2027. Our target is for all remaining partners and customers to move on that date. Partners can choose their own switch date before then, and we will send reminders in advance.
Do my team or my customers need new logins for Cloudmore 5.0?
No. Existing logins, MFA and SSO setups and API credentials keep working, and your branded address stays the same. Passkeys and app-based MFA are optional.
