Manage CSP subscriptions and renewals

Connect your Microsoft partner tenant directly to the Cloudmore platform to take full control of your reseller and customer tenants. CSP subscription management enables you to:

Auto-import your tenants, subscriptions & billing

The Microsoft CSP Direct integration allows you to simply input your Partner Center credentials and automatically start importing. The sync includes:

Customer tenant details
Subscriptions and renewal settings
Users with assigned licenses
Historical billing with details

The initial tenant linking process pulls in all the key data from Microsoft Partner Center, allowing your customers to manage everything in Cloudmore.

Any changes executed on Cloudmore would be automatically propagated and reflected on Partner Center.

Likewise, the auto-sync ensures that any further actions taken on Partner Center will be reflected on Cloudmore as well.

Sync reseller and customer users

The Microsoft CSP Direct integration allows you to automatically import all users from your reseller tenant, as well as from every one of your customer tenants.

This ensures you have a complete and accurate user list in Cloudmore without any manual input.

The user data is kept up to date through continuous syncing, so any new users or changes in Partner Center are quickly reflected in Cloudmore.

Once the users are synced, you can enable Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO).

This gives both your team and your customers the ability to log in to Cloudmore with a single click, using their existing Microsoft credentials.

The result is a secure and seamless sign-in process that feels natural and familiar for end users.

When you decide to roll out the customer self-service portal, all imported customer users will immediately have access.

Keep Microsoft pricing updated and control your rates

The automated Microsoft Price List import automatically downloads the new cost and recommended prices for all countries.

This ensures that the prices you see in your Price List are always updated according to Microsoft latest prices.

Furthermore, you can apply your own pricing rules on top of the Microsoft list prices.

For example, you can apply a fixed margin on top of the cost price. This means your margin percentage will stay fixed, even if Microsoft changes the cost price.

In the same way, you can set a price rule to always discount a certain percentage off the recommended price. This means your customer-facing discount will stay fixed, even when Microsoft changes the MSRP.

These “set it and forget it” price rules are designed to give you peace of mind, even when Microsoft Price Lists are going through mass changes.

Automatically reconcile your billing with Microsoft invoices

Cloudmore automatically imports your Microsoft invoice file to ensure cost prices always match the amounts on Microsoft’s invoice to you.

Your customer price management rules are then applied on top of this billing data, creating a layer of customer-facing sales prices.
