The renewals exports are fine for getting an understanding of the current state of upcoming renewals.

However, it’s a lot of extra work to aggregate and pivot the data and plot it onto a chart to visualize how the next upcoming months look like - are there any big renewals coming up? Is there any significant revenue churn that should be addressed?

We’re happy to announce that the first version of Renewal Trends charts are here.

They give you a 12-month trending overview of how your renewing and churning revenue looks like.

For the past 6 months, you’ll learn:

  • Renewed revenue

  • Number of renewed subscriptions

  • Churned revenue

  • Number of churned subscriptions

For the next upcoming 6 months, you’ll learn:

  • Revenue expected to renew

  • Number of subscriptions expected to renew

  • Revenue expected to churn

  • Number of subscriptions expected to churn

This helps you address the big dips in churn.

Furthermore, like with other representation of subscription renewal data, your Key Account Managers will only see the renewal data that is relevant to their Organizations. Whereas Broker Admins will see data across all Organizations' subscriptions.

Your customers could change renewal settings every day, so this data might get stale fast. The great thing about this chart is that it’s updated daily.

You can also easily download the chart as an image file to include it into any internal reporting.

Pressing the “Data view” icon converts the chart into totals, so you can easily just copy-paste it into Excel, if needed.
