Renewals Report Scheduling

The Renewals Report serves as an important tool for proactively managing upcoming renewals across all your customers.

Formerly, you could only send one-off exports to a designated email address.

Recognizing the need for enhanced flexibility and value in this functionality, particularly for those seeking regular, automated delivery of the report, we have introduced a new feature with today's release.

This update enables you to receive the Renewals Report periodically, adding greater convenience and efficiency to the process.

Trial Renewal Settings and Conversions

We’ve improved how our customers manage NCE trial subscriptions.

Previously, users were limited to either converting trials to paid subscriptions immediately or waiting for the trial to expire, triggering an automatic renewal to a paid subscription.

This new feature introduces a significant enhancement, giving customers increased control over their trial subscriptions in Cloudmore.
